Many people come to therapy after managing on their own for a long time.  If you’ve been thinking about getting support, you don’t need to wait until things feel unbearable, I am here to help you.

How I work

I offer integrative, compassionate therapy for adults, where you are met with warmth, care and deep listening, to support meaningful change and personal growth in your life. 

I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to support both emotional and psychological wellbeing. 

What I do

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)

A method to help manage stress, reduce anxiety and release and process any emotional distress held in the body and mind. EFT also known as Tapping, can support long term emotional resilience.

Counselling
 

A safe and confidential space for self-reflection, understanding and personal growth.

Hypnotherapy

Working with the subconscious mind to shift limiting beliefs and patterns of behaviour. A gentle and deeply relaxing and collaborative approach that aids new ways of thinking, feeling and responding. 

Belief Coding 

Working with the subconscious mind to identify and transform limiting beliefs that are holding you back.

I believe therapy works best when it offers a calm, compassionate and confidential space where we can build a strong therapuetic relationship so you feel safe, heard and understood and can explore with honesty what’s been shaping your experience and begin to process your emotions and difficulties.

Through a collaborative and supportive approach our sessions are tailored to your individual needs, promoting your capacity for growth, self-awareness and understanding and working at pace that suits your needs

Supporting women

I also have a particular interest in supporting women navigating the emotional and physical transitions of a challenging perimenopause and menopause experience.
